Alex Whiddon
Alex is a third-generation builder. Prior to forming Central Texas Backyard Builders Alex managed the completion of 3,000 multifamily apartment homes projects in Texas for several leading builders such as Trinsic, Fairfield Development, and Trammel Crow. His diverse portfolio also includes the completion of over one hundred single-family homes and several modern condominiums in Austin’s trendy SoCo area.
Alex’s wife Quin and son Lyric are the driving force in his life. On weekends, Lyric helps to draw designs and is looking forward to becoming an engineer.
Jeff Davis
Jeff has seventeen years of mortgage banking experience. He began his journey as a Team Manager at First USA Bank (Chase Bank now), while attending Texas State University. He gained extensive knowledge of the mortgage banking industry as he moved through several managerial positions. This experience exposed him to a diverse set of clients, demands, and organizational structures. As a Mortgage Broker and Banker, he managed over 100 State Licensed Loan Officers throughout the state of Texas and continues to maintain relationships with dozens of businesses in Austin. These relationships helped foster and fund more First-Time Homebuying programs in the area.
Jeff’s talents continue to grow and develop in his current role as a Real Estate investor. He continues to achieve the best results in each deal by continually learning clever ways to implement new market trends. He combines his years of experience across several industries to locate investors and help his teams reach higher levels of success. Jeff is the father of a beautiful and strong ten-year-old daughter. Jeff is a proud #GirlDad and loves being her role model. She is at the heart of every decision he makes as he seeks to always improve both of their life.
